Last May, I attended a retreat at this venue, and the moment I stepped inside, I knew I’d be back. And now, here we are, returning for three nights and four days so YOU get to experience this too.

As we are a few months away from the retreat, you will be able to secure the most affordable flights from London, Paris or anywhere else (Always great news!). Our venue is just a 20-minute taxi ride from Menorca airport, so very easy to get to!

YOUR HOME FOR 4 DAYS

Torre Vella is something you would have not seen before. Set in a beautifully restored 18th-century building, seamlessly blending traditional charm with modern luxury.

Everything you need for the perfect stay is at your fingertips. A vast pool, framed by the poetic sway of pampas grass (this got me every time I walked by the pool!), invites you to unwind.

A scenic walk to the cliffs awaits if you crave a moment with the endless blue of the sea. I went on a morning walk there, and this was so peaceful.

The charming courtyard is the perfect setting for shared meals under the open sky. Imagine enjoying your breakfast after yoga, and having the time to drink a coffee without rushing…

Each room is beautifully designed, offering a serene escape for moments of solitude and rest whenever you wish to retreat.

The place feels like something out of a movie with loads of cosy nooks to embrace a slow life, which will recharge your batteries like nothing you have ever experienced.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY CONSIST IN…

Waking up rested after a night without interruption and landing on your mat in a studio bathed in natural light with a view of the lush gardens.

After an inspiring and empowering yoga class, a brunch will await….it’s one where you are in awe and wish your belly could actually taste everything, but don’t you worry, over 3 mornings you will!

The rest of the day is yours to enjoy before we meet again for a restorative practice that will make you travel places you don’t know exist….people say it’s the highlight of their retreat (as this does not only involve yoga but I keep this as a surprise).

Then we meet for drinks, the bar area if another gem, before a joyful diner in the lovely courtyard under the stars. What else ?!

IF YOU ARE AN ADVENTUROUS RETREATER

There are plenty of opportunities to go out and explore this beautiful island.

Whether you want to walk for a couple of hours, sit on a beach and do nothing, go for a swim in a translucid water, or explore the cute villages, everything is easily accessible, and there will be a team to guide you so you don’t have to overthink it too much.

Over 4 days last year, I went to 4 different calas, combining walking and taking time to just absorb each beautiful Cala, I found a meditation spot facing the infinity of the sea, and also stayed by the pool as what I hate the most is to be in. stunning hotel and not enjoy it at all.

Now, if you are here to soak the venue vibes all in, you will able to do so because there is so much to do. explorewe offer engaging, hands-on creative workshops such as crafting a personalized bracelet with a meaningful word to anchor your retreat experience, and a fermentation workshop. Each activity is designed to foster creativity and connection, ensuring that when you take your creation home, it serves as a lasting reminder of your retreat—making it more than just a one-time experience.

FOOD WILL BE A BIG PART OF THE RETREAT

Passionate in-house chefs will be cooking us fresh and nourishing food inspired by local culture every day.

The venue's gardens feature native plants that promote local biodiversity and the food will mainly be coming from there, cooked with alignment with the season and nourishing for your soul.

In our busy lives, it's not always easy to take time to shop mindfully, to prepare our meals carefully and to eat while being present. During this retreat, you don’t have to think about errands but be assured that what you will taste and eat for 4 days will be all you ever dreamt of.

We also accommodate intolerances so don’t worry about this part too.
