Hi, I am Maud

“I believe that wellness transcends diet and exercise. It is about infusing every aspect of your daily routine with joy, balance, and vitality, creating a harmonious and fulfilling existence.”

Originally from the suburbs of Paris, I have been calling West London my home for ten years now.

Growing up with ptosis, a condition affecting my left eye, I carried the burden of feeling different from my peers, wrestling with self-consciousness throughout my formative years. In response, I immersed myself in academic and, subsequently, professional pursuits, chasing validation through conventional measures of success. Most notably, I spent a decade climbing a highly competitive corporate ladder at one of the world's largest banks. Yet, despite these outward achievements, I remained unfulfilled, longing for a more profound sense of purpose.

It was during this confusing time that I discovered yoga. When you are constantly on the go, slowing down feels counter intuitive, but opening myself up to this new experience made me feel so good that I was compelled to explore it further.

I realised the importance of prioritising self-care, especially when juggling the demands of motherhood with an 8-to-late job in the City.

AS I DELVED DEEPER INTO MY PRACTICE…

Yoga quickly became my sanctuary - a sacred space where I could reconnect with my body and quiet my overactive mind. 

Recognising that taking care of myself was just as important as caring for my family, I made yoga and mindfulness a non-negotiable part of my daily routine. An “all-in” approach that naturally guided my transition from student to teacher.

My teaching style is inclusive, adaptable, and focused on slow living. I believe in creating a nurturing environment where students can explore their bodies and minds with creativity, fun, and empowerment. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, my classes are designed to meet you where you are and support you on your journey of self-discovery.

Driven by a desire to share my knowledge and experience with a wider audience, I now host international retreats designed to create a sense of belonging and encourage personal exploration. These luxurious getaways allow women to disconnect from the noise of their daily lives and reconnect with themselves in a nurturing home-away-from-home environment.

My journey is a testament to the power of embracing a slower, more intentional lifestyle - a path I invite you to explore with me.
