For a day of movement, meditation, self-care and good food at The Space (Clapham, London) on Saturday 14th September 11am - 4pm.

A day dedicated to looking after you with mindful movement, meditation, and a self-care facial massage workshop by award-winning reflexologist and facialist Emily.

Plus, enjoy the opportunity to connect with like-minded people over a nourishing lunch whipped up by our certified Health Coach, Beth.

You’ll not only leave feeling lighter and more joyful, with tools that will support your wellbeing long after the session ends, but you’ll also take the retreat vibes home with you with a luxury goody bag worth more than the value of your ticket and packed with gifts from our wellbeing partners.

Maud and Ciara have been collaborating and hosting mini retreats together for over a year. They pride themselves on creating deeply relaxing wellbeing experiences that also empower their guests to look after themselves long after the event ends.

  • Maud is the face behind Homy. 

    She left behind a 12-year Investment Banking career to dedicate her life to supporting women to slow down and reconnect with themselves. After retraining as a Yoga Teacher, she became a mindset coach and then founded Homy.

    Her Day retreats in London are about bringing like-minded women together to take a breather, move and be. Read more about her journey here.

  • Ciara McGinley is a meditation practitioner (DipBSoM) and the founder of Finding Quiet, where she helps her clients find quiet in this noisy world through meditation and mindfulness practices.

    Her teachings at retreats combine breathwork, visualisation meditation and compassion practices, to encourage guests to relax, reset and reconnect with themselves.

    She is a firm believer that you do not need to wake up at 5am or jump on the latest trend to fit an idea of wellness. Often, the simplest techniques are the most effective, so she empowers her clients to build a wellbeing practice that feels sustainable for their lifestyle, whether they are meditating on a yoga mat or their morning commute.

  • Award winning Emily from @remediesldn aka the queen of the natural alternative to Botox. You will learn simple gestures to release tension and start your day afresh. Maud has met Emilie in January on a retreat and has been doing her routine every day since, her face can testify that it works!

  • Your lunch will be prepared with love by the lively Beth @the.nourished.life, a qualified Health Coach, passionate about celebrating the vibrancy of whole foods and their impact on our well-being.  

    She loves bringing nourishing plates to the table to share with others, as she believes there is nothing like good food and great conversation to leave us feeling totally energised.  We could not agree more !

    Her mantra is “Food should be exciting and enjoyed with the knowledge that you'll feel amazing after eating” and this powers every meal she prepares.

PLEASE NOTE…

This is an open-level workshop we welcome you as you are on the day and we’ll meet you wherever that is.

  • Ciara and Maud are big believers in the power of community, but you will not be asked to share anything about your experience unless you want to.

  • Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and blocks will be provided, but please bring anything else you feel will support your practice on the day.
